We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations where available.
If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we do not ship there at this time.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are between 4 and 9 business days within the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, peak seasons, promotions or holidays.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and other local courier services when required.
The carrier is automatically selected to ensure the fastest and safest delivery to your address.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Any applicable shipping information will always be clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.


Shipping Insurance

For added peace of mind, optional shipping insurance is available at checkout.

If you choose to insure your package, your order will be fully protected against loss, damage or theft during transit.
Insured orders qualify for a free replacement or refund if an issue occurs.

Orders without insurance are not covered once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also track your order at any time using our Track Your Order page.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Delays and Exceptions

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, high order volume or incorrect shipping information.

Olympus Los Angeles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
